Do you think your children will ultimately survive and thrive regardless of whether you screw up as a parent?

Survive: Yes. Thrive: Maybe. I had a horrible childhood and I am nothing like my parents. They are manipulative selfish people who both have drug problems. And out of 3 kids I'm the only one who is decent. Both of my sisters are just like my parents. So would I consider living off the goverment, having multiple kids with multiple guys, and having a party lifestyle thriving? No.
