Under Illinois Law, Who is entitled to a copy of a settlor's Trust after the settlor passes away?

Specifically, if I am not named as a beneficiary of the settlor's trust but I am an heir -- son and/ daughter -- and the settlor passes away, do I have the legal right to see a copy of the trust. Does anyone know the law/ code section on this in Illinois?
