What kind of scam is this from London?

This is a version of Nigerian Scam. In another type they say some late president or king has got lot of funds in the bank and the sender claims he is the bank manager. He pretends that he wants to transfer the money out of country. In another version, the daughter of late presidents sends you the email regarding the an investment she wants to make in your country.
