AP Classes vs. SAT/ACT?

So, I did kinda bad on the ACT and SAT (did better on the SAT). My SAT was below average by about 170 points but did very bad on the ACT. I took a AP class junior year and had a B average for the entire school year and got accepted into AP English, AP Spanish and AP Calculus for senior which I hopefully plan on taking as long as the scheduling goes right. I know for a fact that colleges look at the first semester of senior year so lets say hypothetically speaking, I do good in those classes getting either an A or B in all three of those AP classes for the first semester, despite my SAT/ACT scores, do you think there is a possibility that those scores would be overlooked? The reason why I asked is because the whole point of taking the SAT/ACT test is to determine how well a person is ready for college but if I'm already doing very well in my AP Classes which are obviously on a college level, isn't that all the proof that they need that I'm ready for college?
