I would like to know much is the whole year tuition fee at University of Cebu for BS Accountancy?

I planning to send my sister next semester at University of Cebu main for BSN Accounting. Can anyone tell me how much does it cost me a year. Or is there any university you can advice whether its in manila or cebu. Thanks
