Why is it ok for white investors and white conglomerates to be beneficiaries of robberies?

when stolen goods are fenced and money robbed in dark valleys are used,doesn't this money go back into the hand of those very people whose goods were stolen and who were victims of robberies? All the white people on wall street reap these benefits as well.And just think,like clock work people will be scurrying in to his or her favorite store of choice to hand over money to some big box store to add to their fiscal yearly revenue LOL
