I am the executrix of my mother's will. I was closing out bank accounts today before putting everything into the estate account. How high should ammonia levels get during a tank cycle?

I have a 10 gal tank that initially had 3 fish in it for about a week and 5 days. 2 died after 4 days and i only had 1 fish for about another 4 days during these 4 days i made 15% water changes because i felt ammonia poisoning was the issue. i then bought 2 more fish and finally found a decent in-tank ammonia indicator to at least see if ammonia was increasing, which at the time before placing the 2 fish in read around 0 (the indicator i think may be slightly inaccurate at very low levels, it may show some even if its not there) and stopped doing daily water changes, seeing as it was low/ not present. it has been going up since i added the new 2 fish, which i suppose makes sense. however this is where it gets a little iffy- about 3 days after getting the tank i used some tetra safestart after hearing many good reviews, i gave it a shot. it actually did seem to help. at this point its a little odd- after testing the water earlier today, my ammonia levels are continuing to rise slowly but steadily, right now at .05ppm over the 4 days, but i am also seeing nitrate for the last couple of days at <,= 20 ppm, which would suggest the cycle has been completed. so my question is how high should ammonia levels get with 2 new fish before going down, how long should it increase for, and just for general knowledge at what concentration of ammonia would nitrifying bacteria require to begin to thrive? ps all the fish have been guppies, since the first 2 died all of the others have been very healthy, constantly swimming and schooling and voraciously eating

Is it okay to feed a rabbit just hay and vegetables/fruits?

I have a 4 month old rabbit and he eats just fine, but on the 22nd I adopted a 2 year old rabbit from my local animal shelter. There's nothing wrong with her, she just won't eat pellets. I've been feeding her celery and baby carrots (mostly celery and about two baby carrots a day) because that's the only veggies we have at the moment and we have no fruit right now. I've also been giving her grass from my yard (no pesticides!) and she likes that. She'll eat pretty much anything I give her besides pellets. I've tried hand feeding her, I've tried to force a pellet into her mouth, I've showed her the food bowl multiple times, but she won't eat them no matter what I do. She eats the hay as well. I know quite a lot about rabbits, but I've never heard of a rabbit that won't eat pellets therefore I have no information as to whether or not they can thrive on just hay, veggies and fruits.

It really depends on what college you're looking at. For state colleges, having a cumulative 3.7 is pretty good but not for private ones. And by above average Sat score, do you mean around 1700s? (based on the fact that average score is 1400-1500) Not just having a good GPA, but you also need a set of extracurricular activities, honor societies, volunteer hours, and teacher recommendations. Taking honor classes sure is a plus and colleges do look at the work load of each student so that is also equated in. Hope this helpped.

So the guy i like just came to our school at the very beginning of the year. When I first saw him, I thought he was really cute and I liked him. But I thought that i should just kinda forget about it because he was REALLY quiet and seemed stuck up.(Sounds cheesy, I know) So at lunch my friends and I would try to sit near his table just to be near him...even though i still didn't know him. My sister got my mother to sign over everything to her 10 years ago and basically cut me out of everything.?

I was not consulted and it as all done behind my back. My mother was 81 and senile. She got it all signed over without my knowledge and even if she had died in the meantime, it would have gone to my kids not me. Bad sibling removed all money from deceased mother's account after 40 days?

i wired money to a company called CM Yap Corporate Consultants SHD BHD in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia on March 25, 2011. It went to HSBC Bank Malaysia. It was for a loan to a person who later scammed me but for now I will deal with this matter here. The Bank here in Toronto took the info and I wanted to give special instructions to the bank and place it on the wire transfer but the bank told me they had no space to include the instructions...so they just wired the money . The HSBC Bank deposited it and quickly it was withdrawn. The person who later was telling they did not receive the money , told me that the CM YAP Corporate Consultants did not give him the money. On April 1, 2011 I called the company and later received an email that the bank account was a private investment funds account and the owner was not CM Yap Coporate Consultants but a private person named Frederick Onyeoma and he was receiving my money from some investments he had overseas to disperse to his beneficiaries as he liked, I got very angry over this info and contacted my bank who have told me that they did as instructed and I lost the money. It is fraud all the way. I contacted the Police who told me to contact my bank. I contacted my Bank who told me they do not investigate bank accounts, I need to know who righfully owns the account I transferred money to in Malaysia. just a thought and im sorry to pose a question on your question...i took the same approach you did with the dbq. i said they were both completely different...however the documents related to the 1930s didnt help the argument that i wanted to make. only one of them did. so i used 6 documents, 5regarding the 1920s and 1 regarding the 1930s...and then for the 1930s paragraph it was essentially 100% outside information that had nothing to do with the documents. i talked about greater restraints on teh economy, FDR prolonging the depression and how at the end of the decade unemployment rate was still above 20%, bread lines, and just some other info that was unrelated to the docs...it proved my point was totally unrelated to those docs they gave. do you think that was ok?

Can a Will be Overturned?

My father recently passed away. His will created a Trust that included 6 beneficiaries (one of which is the wife). The Will states that she is to be able to live the life that she has been accustomed to...until her death, and then the remainder to be split between the remaining Beneficiaries. The trust was to include a 1 million dollar life insurance policy, and approximately 1 million in assets. The wife is a Dr. My father died of Liver failure, due to Alcoholism. After they learned that he only had 72 hours to 2 weeks to live, the wife had his Insurance policy changed to her being the sole beneficiary, with no legal representation, and no "unbiased" medical professional present. Two days later, he was confirmed of "sound mind" by a medical professional, with a Lawyer present. His memory was "hit and miss" during this time. The courts had him Involuntarily submitted to rehab for 30 days, sometime earlier. Mysteriously, 5 days into his rehab he was released (most likely, through her Standing in the Medical Community). She has, over the last ten years, perpetuated his Disease by the purchase of alcohol for his consumption. There have also been, at least one, incident when the Sheriff's Dept. has been called to their Home for threats of violence. Also, two days after his death, she transferred $50,000 out of one of his Personal Accounts. Would this account for an act of Negligence, on her part? Could this be an opportunity to Overturn his Will? The state of possible Litigation is Arkansas.

I came across some documents at my workplace. Former employees were the beneficiaries for a trust fund or some type of stock dividends (a few bucks total for each employee). Director looking for actors?

So I'm a Sophomore in College and this Fall semester I will start the classes for my major. My major is film production and I plan on going into directing. My question is, how do I go about finding people who are or plan on going into acting? How would I find actors that would be interested in working on a film?

Being a 'social climber' or freind whore is not a problem in itself. it's if he was talking to those girls and trying to keep it secret from you, you should be worried, but honestly it just sounds like he has a gregarious personality that maybe you find a little intimidating because you're more introverted. it's good to have a couple where one's the shy one and the other is more outgoing, i think it's healthy balance.

Should i stay home or go away to continue college?

Ill be starting my fourth semester this fall and will be graduating in december from my community college, but my dad wants me to stay near home and continue with my education. The problem is i would like to transfer to another college but nowhere near home. My dad says it will be much cheaper since i won't have to pay for room and board but i really want to experience going away. Do you think he is right or is it a good idea to leave?

I am scheduled to get $$ from my grandmother's trust. How soon will it come?

I just got a letter in the mail from the lawyer's office saying that I needed to sign it to say that I approved of the amount I was getting and that shortly after the $$ should be dispersed. Profesor known only for a semester as a reference?

So here's the issue, I need a third reference for a job but since I moved from a small town to go to University I am unable to contact any references I've known for a long time. So I am thinking of using a professor as a reference bur I've never had the same professor twice in any of my classes so I've really only known them for a few months, would they still be okay as a reference?

Relationship question.. stuck between two amazing guys.?

(This is going to be a long one). Awhile ago I was with this guy.. we'll call him bob. Bob and I had always kind of had a thing but never did anything about it until then, and it only lasted a very short time then he left for college and nothing really happened after that. Then I got involved with another guy named.. Jim. Jim and I were just getting together when I saw Bob again for the 1st time since things ended with us and I still had a lot of feelings for Bob. So Bob and I hung out and we kissed, while I was with Jim. I never told him until about 4 months into our relationship and he asked out it and I told him the truth. This ended our relationship (let me remind you that Jim also cheated on me once too). So I spent the next 5 or 6 months being depressed and trying to win back Jim and nothing was seeming to work.. we'd be together off and on and it was killing me. So finally the semester ended and Bob came back to town. We ran into each other and started hanging out again and things were going pretty good but I kept getting held back because I still had feelings for Jim. Jim and I still talked everyday and it was hard to start something with Bob since Jim was always around. So as time went on I discovered that Jim still loved me and that Bob had been waiting to me to be done with Jim so that he could finally have his chance and he too loved me. Bob has issues along with Jim and basically I was the only good thing in either one of their lives. Now I have to pick from the two of them.. One that has always been there for me(Bob) and one that I have a past relationship with (Jim) and i'm really stuck and I don't know what to do.. Any advice would be awesome I know this is long and probably confusing, I'm sorry.

Is it usual to mention close relatives/next of kin in a will?

I was next of kin and on good terms with my sister who died recently. She made a will last year having been told she only had a few months to live. Her solictor who is also executor's been asking me a lot of questions about her affairs, other relatives etc, and I've helped the best I can. She lived alone and I've been worried about what's happening to her possessions property in the meantime so I asked the solicitor who replied he could only give that info to beneficiaries. I was stunned not to be one, and got a copy of her will from the court to find bequests to a few friends and the rest to various charities, no mention of me at all. I'm really upset that she hasn't left family photos & stuff to me - now I'm wondering if, under the pressure of her illness, she just forgot to put me in.

Should I switch my major from film to communications?

I plan to graduate in December 2011. I am a film major, but recently decided I wanted to go more into communications (news, t.v., public relations, advertising, etc). The college I attend does not have a communications program, and I would have to transfer to a school that is a lot more expensive if I want to get a degree in communications. I'm just wondering if it's worth the money to transfer after I graduate to get a degree in communications, or should I try and find a job in communications even if I have a film degree? Would it be better to have a degree in communications rather than film in terms of job prospects? Like I said, I have one more semester before I graduate so I don't know if it's worth all the time and money to transfer.

How do I persuade My guidance councellor to give Me my 2 credits?

I failed my grade 9 math course (even though I went to every single class and did most of my work) so I took the course again in My grade 10 year. Then I passed that course and then I took grade 10 math second semester. I failed that to. But I went to every class. So now I need to extra courses than everyone else. I need Your help guys. What do i do about THis annoying girl?

Survive: Yes. Thrive: Maybe. I had a horrible childhood and I am nothing like my parents. They are manipulative selfish people who both have drug problems. And out of 3 kids I'm the only one who is decent. Both of my sisters are just like my parents. Life insurance policy?

My fiance passed away in October 2009. I was not a beneficiary to the life insurance policy his mother was. While he was alive he provided a house for my two children and I. We had two loans together and would split some of the other bills together. Now they have recently gotten mad at me for the way I have moved on they are not willing to give me any of the life insurance money to help with the car loan we joinlty had. I was originally not asking for any money but now that I have become accustumed to a combined income of about 130,000.00 a year to one income of a little over 25,000.00 has left us without out a home and now a car payment of about $600.00/month that was purchased 2 years ago.
